[Ingredients]
200g Pork neck (5mm in thickness)

[topping (optional)]
10g chives, chopped
1/6ea onion, thinly sliced
1/3ea red chili, chopped

[Marinade Sauce]
1 tbsp Soybean Paste, Authentic detail view
1 1/2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp White Corn Syrup detail view
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp Grated ginger
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients except meat in a bowl for sauce.
2. Marinate pork in the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.
3. Pan-fry the pork on high heat until the outside is nicely browned.
4. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces and garnish with toppings.
